Holly helps mission-driven leaders make sense of complicated moments, figure out what matters most, and turn big ideas into plans people can actually carry forward. She brings strategy, pattern recognition, curiosity, and the occasional lovingly inconvenient question.
Special expertise in: strategic planning, organizational change, project management, power analysis and issue-based advocacy, education policy and practice, strategic fundraising for social change, and electoral campaigns.
My superpower is: seeing the whole puzzle and finding the strategic piece that unlocks everything else.

Neïla helps clients connect the heart of their work to the people and resources that can help it grow. She brings thoughtful research, clear writing, and deep curiosity to understanding an organization’s story, finding the right opportunities, and communicating impact in ways that feel compelling and true.
Special expertise in: international development, grant research and writing, project management, human-centered design, and qualitative research.
My superpower is: curiosity. I love understanding people, places, and perspectives and uncovering the motivations, experiences, and “why” behind what people do.

Aidan helps organizations find the words, relationships, and strategies that move their work forward. He loves a deep research rabbit hole, a complicated message that needs untangling, and figuring out how to connect big ideas to the people who need to hear them.
Special expertise in: advocacy, political and legislative work, fundraising, policy research, constituent messaging and engagement, and strategic communications.
My superpower is: turning big ideas into messages people actually want to listen to.

Emma helps turn good ideas into organized, workable systems. She keeps an eye on the details, the deadlines, and all the little moving pieces that can quietly make or break a project, while helping clients build processes that actually work for the humans using them.
Special expertise in: nonprofit operations and consulting, project management, youth development, facilitation, and education and youth-serving organizations.
My superpower is: having an almost unreasonable eye for detail while still seeing how all the pieces fit together.

Cole helps make sure SFG’s behind-the-scenes systems work the way they should. He digs into our tools, systems, and processes to find what is confusing, inefficient, expensive, or held together with digital duct tape, then helps us make it better.
Special expertise in: mechanical engineering, process improvement, systems review, problem-solving, and finding more efficient ways to get things done.
My superpower is: finding the bug and figuring out how to remove it.
